We at United Rehab Providers, a therapist owned and directed professional clinics, work in cooperation with physicians to help patients with their rehab needs. We are outpatient physical therapy clinics that have been operating for over 15 years with staff members that represent well over 65 years of experience in physical therapy and rehabilitation.
Home Health Subcontracting Services
We have a broad mix of services to help your agency achieve success.
As a company owned by therapists we are familiar with all aspects of therapy. We have a wide array of cost affective subcontracting services. Certified Home Health Agencies have contracted therapists from URP as a way of cutting costs.
Adult Day Center
We provide clients an opportunity to get out of the house for both mental and social stimulation. We strive to give the most enriching experience possible by building upon your loved ones needs, their abilities and strengths.
We customize programs to meet the individual needs of each senior’s capability such as rehabilitative services which provide restorative care. We encourage and assist with exercises that stimulate your body and mind. Also, we provide socialization for the mind and spirit, nutritional meals for health of our seniors that meet the requirements of federal and state guidelines, our Nursing (RN) supervision for health needs in medication monitoring and administration. The social services we provide assist in senior’s individualized plan of care to enhance your daily living.
Our activities include: arts, crafts, stretching exercises, music, table games, movies, trivia, books, current events and outings (etc). We have an advisory committee consisting of our seniors, our staff, and welcome community involvement to encourage new ideas. If you are interested, please come and join us.
In Home Services
We offer a peace of mind…
to our seniors and their loved ones by allowing the senior to remain in the comfort of their own homes. We provide supportive non-medical services to seniors, disabled, and those recovering from a hospital stay.
Our URP Home Health Aides are monitored via supervised home visits and go through an extensive training program before they are assigned to our clients.
COMBINATION OF SERVICES
A Combination of URP Adult Day Services and URP In-Home Services are also available and can be arranged depending on your family’s needs.
